This strikes him as strange and he goes in cautiously.

There he finds his neighbor on the bed. She doesn't move.

A charging cable is wrapped around her neck.

He will never get such a chance again and he decides to deal with her.

He plays with her motionless face. He takes off her shoes and plays with her feet.

He then turns her limp body onto her stomach and splashes the soles of her feet with a liquid substance.
